BUDDHA WITH HUMANS. HT. Like Tam Chau. PART I II.- THE CONFIGURATION OF HUMAN "The ego of each individual is only in the temporary and separate generalization of the physical and mental elements". Buddha's teaching There is no effect without a cause. With the constitution of man is a problem, a problem has consumed how much effort of the founders, theorists, researchers with the aim of learn and solve. Any work, anything, has results, must have its cause. Because, there is a new cause, a new result knows the cause. Here, too, there are human beings, there is a way to create a human, and there is a human form. However, in order to identify the right and wrong, to find a right way, of course, we must stand on an impartial basis, to be aware of the principles and purposes of the religions. Theories have presented on that issue in a general way: 1.- THE CONCEPT OF THE MOST "All things are by the power of a single supreme being, who creates, maintains and rewards and punishes" . Absolute belief Until now, most of the religions or some doctrines have taken "One God" as the absolute religious purpose. That is, they all worship a Sovereign, who has enough talent and power to create the universe and has the right to reward or punish. That policy we can comment on in a few religions and doctrines that we often hear about: A.- Brahminism. A traditional religion of India, more than 4000 years ago, advocated by Mr. Krichna. Based on the Veda (Veda) Bible, the only belief of that religion is the god Brahma (Brahma) A god who has the ability, wisdom and rules to create all things. Brahma is the basis of the universe. All things are necessarily the form of Brahma. When he stayed, he stayed at Pham Thien. When he died, he returned to Pham Thien. Man is also a form of Pham Thien. To live here is to live. Death will return to Brahma, eternal happiness, if you know the truth. B.- Daoism Dato A religion reformed by Jesus (Je'sus) an ancient religion in Israel, nearly 20 centuries ago. That Taoism represents God as a single being who gave birth to Heaven, earth, and all things. According to the New Testament, the Old Testament, this universe was just a vast, obscure space. But, through God's innate wisdom, talent, and power, In 7 days He created the sun, the moon, the stars, the country, the mountains, the rivers, the trees, the people, and the things. As for the creation of man, it was the same day in those seven days, but He breathed in some earth into the city of Adam, and at the same time, took some of the earth and some of Adam's coccyx, ha ha. slightly in and out of Mrs. Eve (Eve). And, as a result, two people got married, were born in the human world, became the ancestors of mankind, after the two grandparents violated God's forbidden fruit. Since then, human descendants have been bound in ancestral sin. But, if anyone respects, worships God, trusts in God, obeys God, he will go to Heaven, enjoy eternal pleasure, on the contrary, will have to go to hell. C.- Pythagorean Doctrine A theory advocated by Pythagoras and established in Greece about 25 centuries ago. This theory uses Arithmetic as the basis. That is, use " NUMBER ONE " first. That number is the source, the birth father of all things, the representative of God, the all-inclusive and has the power to create and maintain the permanence of all things. "NUMBER TWO" means the vital force of the universe. Because of that vital force, it gives all things survival and growth. "Three" is matter or form. And "FOUR" is the number representing the individual, it includes all three of the above elements that are isolated as an individual, for freedom to act... And when that individual can execute the method. practice, gather experiences, obtain results that are perfect and consistent with only reason, then joy will be enjoyed. Kim Thi said: "... I swear before the mysterious God, has planned in our mind the miraculous "Four statues" (ie the 4 numbers above), is the source, is the representative of all things infinite..." "Oh! God is our birth father ...", enough to prove that God created the universe, man is a part of it. create the universe according to the concept of religions and doctrines of "One God", although those religions or doctrines also have many sects, different forms and nouns. "... The different forms are due to the change in the previous forms and are always in contact with each other". The position and the cause of the theory This is a theory that takes evolution as the main theory. the basis of the constitution. It is a doctrine that is being practiced everywhere, accepted by science, is the theory of Mr. Dacuynh (Darwin), expressing: "Man is the descendant of animals, the servant species". Based on his scientific investigations, he stated: "The species of plants and animals have also developed slowly according to the law of evolution. The different forms are due to the forms. may have existed before, have changed over time, and species of plants or animals are related by lineage." The structure of the universe of all things According to the above law, humans are not outside the general evolutionary law of the universe. That is, "This universe is in a chaotic period, in the universe there is only pure crystal. After unknown reasons, that pure crystal aggregates into small scattered particles. Thanks to the movement and gravity gradually. gradual of that small element, coalesce to form a nucleus and an atom. Faster faster. With the energies contained in the atoms too much must be dissipated into hot vapors, light and electricity. After the constant dispersion, the temperature gradually decreases, the elements of the atoms form new equilibriums and give rise to different elements. The elemental matter is increasing, because the temperature is getting lower and lower, making it possible for life to develop on the surface. The energies that have been condensed into matter have reached a steady equilibrium and become habitable places for quite some time. But during that long period of time, the atoms still kept scattering more and less, so the elements and atoms gradually lost their firm position. Thus began a period of separation. The less the stability of the intraatomic elements, the faster the dispersion. Then there comes a period of great decay, the atoms return to their pure state as before.” The human body The human body is also made up of cells. Cells are made of particles. elements are made up of atoms. Between atoms there is a prime point containing positive electricity and that point is surrounded by electrons containing negative charge. And share the same law of structure, growth, and life. . advance from the lower animals and follow the law of "natural elimination" or "competitive survival". 3. - CONCEPT ON CAUSES OF CONDITIONS "All living beings must leave behind a complex body, which is a mass of matter and spirit combined to create this temporary individual." The Universal Nirvana Sutra It was just a great activity on its own but continuously... When the Supreme Patriarch Shakyamuni was enlightened, he realized that the cosmic phenomenon was only "caused and co-created". That is, not advocating the creation of a host, not admitting what is first, what is last, what is permanent, what is broken, what is alone, but all things are just a life. Continuity, compounding, constant change of cause and effect and support conditions. Because, the effect now is due to the previous cause, the previous cause is due to the previous effect again. Just like that, over and over again, following its upstream, only seeing this cause by that result, that result by that cause, never ending. But that cause and effect, not the work, of chance, but must be helped by all conditions, all relationships, and surrounding influences, arising and achieving, although it is relative cause and effect in life. absolute. Therefore, with the problem of creating the universe according to the Buddhist concept, it is just a continuous great activity in the six main elements: 1/ Earth element: earth, solid. 2/ Water element: water, liquid, wet. 3/ Fire element: fire, hot substance. 4/ Wind element: wind, vapor, air. 5/ No great: ie space. 6/ Consciousness: consciousness, active capacity. That is, due to the ability to operate invisible (emptiness, consciousness) and visible forms (earth, water, fire, wind) are always rhythmic, dependent on each other within the scope of activity, detecting and following the law: birth, stay, change, death or birth, old age, illness, death. So are humans! The Ahamma Sutra says: "This is my body, it has a form made of four substances: earth, water, wind, and fire. This body is born of parents. It is nourished by people with milk, by rice and must be disintegrated and destroyed. This is my mind. This mind rests on the body of the four elements and must suffer the same fate as it." Clear analysis Along the same discourse, but wanting to be easy to understand, Buddhism offers 12 theorems - 12 causes and conditions (Paticca Samuppada), to show the structure, especially the human structure: 1/ Ignorance: Confused, dark, not clear. With regard to the phenomenon of phenomena and the world of consciousness that do not realize its true nature, delusion is there, it is permanent. And always reeling under the delusion of discriminating. 2/ Actions: Actions, effects only for the karma of afflictions. Because of ignorance, the afflictions give rise to wrong karma, thoughts and actions that are far from the truth, and confused understanding. Compared to cause and effect in the three lifetimes, ignorance and volition are past karma. That is, due to these two items as causes, to produce and bear fruit in the present. 3/ Consciousness: Discriminatory karma. That is, because of the confusion and the above action results in the wrong discriminatory karma. Because of that distinction, grasping has the ability to have premises. Energy is me, department is people and things. Because of that distinction, attachment should give birth to protect the body and life. Thoughts of happiness, sadness, pity, and regret arise. This consciousness is the driving force of samsara. Of the three materials that create and form the human body, that is, the ovum (heat) and the receptor (feeling) and, through this consciousness, conceive. 4/ Name-and-form: Name-and-form is the total sambhogakaya of sentient beings while still in the womb. Thanks to mind (name) and form (four elements) in harmony with each other, the new fetus substance is gradually grown and not destroyed. 5/ Luc enter: That is, 6 bases are exposed to 6 ceilings, so it's called "enter". Although still in the womb, but still full of 6 senses (eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, mind) in contact with 6 objects (form, sound, smell, taste, touch, and dharma). Although not yet clearly strong, but thanks to the vitality of the 6 ceilings passed in by the mother to nourish, the new substance can survive and grow. That's called "introduction"! 6/ Contact: Touch, treat. That is, from birth onward, during childhood, although there are senses (faculties) in contact with the 6 objects (senses), but they have not yet distinguished, received, felt, and naturally happy, sad, good, bad scenes etc.. only have the ability to touch but, have not analyzed clearly, so it is called "contact". 7/ Receive: Receive, feel. This step to another level of life. When contacting the external world, understanding, distinguishing and feeling joy, sadness, love, hate, etc. Like a child, although the scene of life is still dreamy, it already knows how to cry before the scene of pain, sadness, joy, laugh at the scene of luck and happiness. That's the "tree". Due to past karma (ignorance, action) the present retribution (consciousness, nama-rupa, six sense organs, contact, sensation). Combined with cause and effect in three lifetimes, these five dishes are the present retribution. 8/ Ai: Craving. Having known joy, sadness, love, and hate, it gives rise to craving, indulging in what is good to suit our preferences, and abandoning what is bad and boring. Because of craving, we have to work hard to find things we like. If you can find it, you'll be happy, if you can't find it, you'll be sad. It's called "love". 9/ Defense: Clinging to, keeping. Mean, Because the mind is immersed, it gives birth to a conservative mind. Things you like, day and night try to preserve. If things belong to people, they will find a way to rob them. Due to wrong-doing, it creates evil karma, which is "hand". 10/ Possession: That is, illegal possession. That is, because of the two dishes of craving, grasping and doing bad karma, they must be reborn continuously in the three realms, in order to endure suffering. During the day we cherish something, at night we dream as if it belonged to us, until we wake up that image is always flickering in front of our eyes. That is the use of "love", ie "being". Multiplying the three dishes of craving, clinging, and becoming as the cause, the next life must receive the retribution of birth and death. Combined with cause and effect in the three lives, these three items are the present karma, to reap the retribution of birth, old age, and death in the future. 11/ Birth: Life. Common only to the total sambhogakaya of sentient beings (mind and form). It includes both physical and mental vitality, survival for a period of time determined by karmic actions. 12/ Lao Tzu: Old age is the aging of body and mind. The body is weak, the skin is wrinkled, the cheeks are sunken, and all the cells are weakened. Thoughts, feelings of delay, laziness are no longer as nimble as they were when they were teenagers. The energy in the person gradually wears out, until one day, the spirit and material are exhausted, that life will end (death). These two items are the results of the future life if compared with the cause and effect of the three lives. The Great Ornament Sutra says: "Because of the afflictive karma of the past life, one has a present body. In the present life, one creates karma, so a future body is obtained. For example, a grain of rice due to the harmony of conditions becomes a seedling. But, that grain of rice actually produces seed, because the seed is destroyed, the new seed will grow", which is enough to summarize and prove this theorem. In short, with the above documents, we have described all the legalities of creation through the ideas of religion and doctrine, bringing a judgment that depends on personal thought, criticism and choice. But, especially in Buddhism, we see that the structure is just a chain of cause and effect running from beginningless to endless. In it, if you stand in terms of relative, the origin is "one-pointedness" that generates karma. That karmic force is always changing, gathering into seed. The seed that encounters a predestined chance will arise again. current re-creation, set into seed. Just like that, over and over again, it is closely related and interrelated with each other in the cycle of change, birth and death, not nature or who created it. When people know to go against the flow (samsara), that is, they must eliminate ignorance. When ignorance is over, wisdom is clear, being able to perceive the truth of the universe is fake, is impermanent, is the transformation of the mind. Having understood like that, then there is no mind inside, there is no scene outside, no knowledge of mind, no knowledge of the scene, where is the cause and effect in samsara. When ignorance has ceased, all the branches must also cease and will enjoy living in the realm of liberation. "All things, whether visible or invisible, mind or image, are caused by causes and conditions, and are just deluded images of the mind manifesting". then there is no mind inside, outside there is no scene, no intellectual capacity, no knowledge of the scene, where is the cause of cause and effect in samsara. When ignorance has ceased, all the branches must also cease and will enjoy living in the realm of liberation.
