THE GEOGRAPHY DU GEOGRAPHY LIKES. Author: Bodhisattva Dark-Thang-Tzu Han translation: Tam-Tibetan Dharma Master Huyen Trang Vietnamese translation: Thich Tam-Chau ---o0o--- Homage to Thien Nhan Dai Giac Ton,[4 ] Happiness and wisdom are perfect. Unsurpassed, true-wonderful literature-meaning-dharma, Received learning, righteous knowledge of the Holy Sage. Homage to the Invincible Dai Tu Thi, May all sentient beings benefit together. Collecting Thai essential meaning in the sutras, Luoc said Du-Gà into five parts. Regulating the fate-force of the law to save the magic, the merit generated by No-Before. In the Sea of Invincible Saints, Leading the Dharma is extremely dark. Self-enjoyment full of beautiful sounds, The worlds of the same benefit. Rain showers flowers and letters extremely evenly, Cooling the tree Mau-Ni as you like. This treatise is as sublime as a lotus, Like a treasure trove of treasures, like a great sea. Presenting a wide range of meanings in the Vehicles, Thich clear that the text is not lacking. In this great yoga treatise, Depending on your strength, I like a few parts now. Making the Dharma often do not end, Benefits are happy throughout the function-consciousness. NOW SPEAK THIS DISCUSSION Why talk about this? I say this because there are two conditions: First, because I want the unsurpassed teaching of the Tathagata to last long in the world. second, for the benefit, peace, and equality of all sentient beings. Again, there are two conditions, so this commentary should be said: First, because the holy teaching of the Tathagata is like orange juice that has been hidden, now remember to think, collect it and make it more open. Any Dharma that has not been hidden, using questioning and deciding to choose, makes that teaching more prosperous. Second, for the sake of all beings in the sentient world: Those with races (seeds of enlightenment), each according to their own level, cultivate the worldly good dharmas, and attain the three-vehicle path. ], out of the cycle of birth and death. The type that has no race, depends on the cause, the divine vehicle, cultivates the worldly good things, get the cause-and-effect path, get rid of the evil beast. Again, there are two conditions, so this comment should be said: One is, or there are many people talking about "Mu", but not understand the meaning of the Sutra. As they say about quantification, clinging to the rejection of all dharmas is "Mu". All were disgusted and opposed to the "right religion", which made them, depending on their understanding of the dharmas of appearance, to give up the thought of "emptiness", in order to decipher the secret meanings of the sutras. Second, there are many people who talk about "Being", but not understand the meaning of the Sutra. As they say about quantification, clinging to "Being", all of them are bored and afraid of "no religion", causing them, depending on their understanding of formless dharmas, to give up the thought of "being" in order to solve them. love the secret meaning of sutras. Again, there are two conditions, so this comment should be said: First, because one wants to realize the Bodhisatta's Bodhidharma, and depends on the Mahayana teachings, it covers all texts, meanings, practices, and results. of the Successors, give birth to wisdom and skillful means, cut off all obstacles, practice all good dharmas, and realize the Buddha's Bodhi path, even to the end of the future life, doing things for self-benefit, benefiting others, will never be the same. stop quitting. Second, in order to achieve the duality of the Two Vehicles[7] and not to have the Bodhidharma race, also to rely on the Mahayana teachings, so that the text, meaning, practice, and fruition in each of their vehicles, generate wisdom and skillful means, put an end to afflictions and obstacles, remove all obstructions and fetters, cultivate the good part of the dharma in oneself, attain the path and fruition in one's vehicle, and get rid of the evil beasts of the three realms .[8] Again, there are two conditions, so this essay should be said: One is, or someone has a habit[9] from a previous life, so they are born ignorant, hesitant, confused, attached to evil cults and outsiders, and have a narrow mind. , do not believe, do not understand Mahayana. Now, in order for them to decide to leave the insanity, they should clearly distinguish the Mahayana dharma-character, causing them to generate a mind of faith and understanding. Second, there are people who hear the sutras, but find it difficult to understand the profound meanings of the sutras, their minds are confused, and they are born with disdain and distrust. Now, wanting to bring benefits to them, we should cleverly teach them to make them believe and interpret. Again, there are two conditions, so this comment should be said: First, for the benefit of those who practice diligently, it is necessary to collect the important and extensive dharma meanings in the suttas and distinguish and discuss them briefly. . Second, for the benefit of those who preach the Dharma, it is necessary to discuss widely, for each dharma, to reveal boundless meanings and differences. Again, there are two conditions, so this comment should be said: One is: because in order to reveal the true truth[10] the door of dharmas, there is a question and answer and a decision to choose to form a political argument. two is, Because I want to eliminate all delusions, there is a question and answer, a decision to choose, and a fight against evil. Again there are two conditions, should say this thesis: One is, because I want to clearly show about the love, the reason for not being able to change the Department of Attachment[11]; The reason for yes, the love and emptiness of Y Tha Khoi[12] and Vien Thanh Honesty[13], makes cultivators give up their attachment to increase, benefit, loss, and decrease. Second, because I want to clarify the difference in worldly morality, I can prove the method of winning the meaning, so that the practitioner's understanding of the two truths is not confused. Again, there are two conditions, so I should say this treatise: First, because I want to develop the two kinds of truth doors, which are contingent and true, so that people can know the teachings of the two and three Tripitakas that are not opposed to each other. Second, because we want to develop the four kinds of doors, namely causality, only consciousness[16], formlessness and suchness, so that cultivators come to practice to know that there is a difference. There are two more conditions, should say this argument: The first is to manifest the different realms, allowing people to know the difference in the nature, appearance and position of the dharmas. Second, showing the difference in cultivation, allowing people to know the path and fruit of the means, the fundamental difference of the three vehicles. All kinds of conditions for doing things, presented as above, enough to know that all kinds of heresy in the sutras, everywhere, are the must-dos of this treatise. Now let's talk about the "base" of this essay. From beginningless time up to the present day, all sentient beings in all dharma-fields are ignorant of the true reality, doubtful, perverse, obsessive, biased, give rise to afflictions, give rise to illicit karma, be reincarnation in the five beasts[17], suffering three great sufferings[18]. When the Tathagata was born, according to the appropriate place, he used the means to speak of the true reality in the wonderful lands of dharma, so that all sentient beings knew that all dharmas were as they were, as market does not, should be non-existent; such as market, such as being, should not be. Understanding all dharmas as non-empty, non-existent. Abandoning all doubts, inversions, and biases, depending on the race, right there, cultivation is born. Cultivate gradually fully, depending on the appropriate place, completely destroy all obstacles, attain the three bodhisattvas[19] and witness the peaceful passing away. After the Buddha passed into nirvana, the ghosts broke out, the sects quarreled with each other, and most of them were attached to the view of existence. Bodhisattva Long-Manh is the one who has attained the Land of Extreme Joy[20], collected Mahayana's "signless and un-teachable" Mahayana, created a treatise on the Middle Way, researched and clarified the true and essential meanings, in order to eliminate abandon the views of those who are attached. Great commentators like Saint Deba[21] created the Hundred Commentaries, to expand the great cause. There are sentient beings who are attached to "no view". Asanga Bodhisattva, who has attained Dharma Light Concentration, has ascended to the First Earth throne, is possessed of great supernatural powers, has served the Great Tu Ton Maitreya, and asks him to speak out this treatise. In this treatise, there is no reason not to be understood, nothing is incomplete, no text is not explained, nothing is not clear, no doubt is not eliminated, no attachment is not. not destroy, no practice is not practice, no result is not attained. It is for the sake of Bodhisattvas that the objects, actions, and results of the Vehicles are all skillful, diligently cultivated, great, and attained great Bodhi. And again, for the sake of other vehicles, he made them rely on the self-dharma, practice according to their own practice, and realize the path and fruition in their own vehicle. That is to talk about the "base" of this thesis. Now talk about the Yoga Master of the Earth. What is its name? The possessions of all Vehicles, Scenes, Actions, and Fruits are called Yoga. Because all of them have the meaning of corresponding signs, skillful means. The scene of Yoga is all scenes without insanity, not against each other, but it has a good nature, a tendency towards the end, along with the true teaching. It corresponds to onions and fruits. Names of Yoga and the scene of Yoga, though they are all clear, but in the suttas, depending on the occasion, according to the dharma general, there are many different theories. Or there are people who talk about the four kinds of ethics of the Dharma, called Yoga, ie the effect, contemplation, treatment and realization of such things. It sums up all true morality. Or there are people who say that the twenty-four "non-corresponding actions"[23] are yoga, because they have corresponding cause and effect, not against each other. The above two theories are considered as decisive part, widely explained in many places. Or some say, impure, pure, asexual is Yoga. Because it has the character of leaving the left, the agreement makes the ultimate victory, as Dai Pham Van Khe Kinh said. Monks in the Yogacara school reflect that there is no single dharma that can cause birth and that can cause cessation. Nor is there any dharma that can be desired for realization and wanted to be visualized. That is, with regard to "actions" in all impure, asexual dharmas in Yoga, contemplation, there is not a single bit of dharma that can cause birth and can cause cessation. And, with respect to the "actions" of all the pure asexual dharmas in the contemplation Yoga, there is not a single dharma that can be desired for attainment and desired to be visualized. Or some say that the ultimate goal of purity of feet is like Yoga, because they correspond to all the merits in the ultimate truth, as in the Entering Torah Sutta said. If one contemplates the truth, eliminates discrimination, is free from stains, has neither strong grasping nor grasping, no neck, no tie, then in samadhi, one will see Yoga, but no longer worry. , doubtful. In the Dai Nghia Sutra, it is said that from one dharma to one hundred dharmas, they are all called yogas, because the dharma is separate, but the meaning is not contradictory. In the Quang Nghia Sutra says, aggregates, bases, worlds, dependent origination, truth[24] are all called Yoga, because it captures all doubts and favorable conditions. Thus, in the sutras it is said that all scenes are yoga, because it fully captures the four properties[25] in accordance with the four dharmas.[26] ACTION of Yoga is all the generals are favorable to each other, reasonable, righteous, leading to the right result called Du-Gia. The "actions" of this Yoga, although connected with other "actions", but in the sutras, commentaries, depending on the dharma generals, there are many different theories. As in the Local Yoga Sutra, the main practice of the practice, is the Yoga, because it captures all the corresponding generals. In the Moon-Dang Sutra, it is said that practicing the thirty-seven Bodhi-dharmas [27] is Yoga, because in this, all results and actions are in harmony, which is said to be the ultimate victory. In the Great Discrimination of the Six Lands, the transport path of Samatha, and Vi-bhāvāna [28] is equal to Yoga, because just contemplating like that is the master of all actions. In the Hai Tue Sutra says, tam-ma-ground[29] is Yoga, because the center of the mind emits very strong formations. Comments Hien Duong said, four French: faith, sex, means, progress is Du-Gà; volition or wisdom is the means. These four dharmas are connected to each other and produce all actions. Van So City is divided into nine paths[30] called Du-Già, because of the logic of subtraction or, the results of a separate victory. In the mundane or out-of-the-world endeavors to practice uninterruptedly on the path of liberation, advance in a gentle posture. Tu So City, which summarizes the antidotes in the practice, is Yoga, because it shows the summary and generality of the practice. There is talk of the relationship with the ground levels being attached to the non-inversion of knowledge called Yoga, because in the practice of relating to the dhammas of the ground, the knowledge of non-inversion is superior. Some people say, skillful means, or just means called Yoga, because volition and knowledge of generating action are the best, or just for the first place, enlightenment is the best. In the Sutra of True Virtue, it is said that the conditions that arise for contemplation are Yoga, because the conditions for the arising of contemplation of knowledge are important for the transcendence of birth and death. In the Main Hanh Sutra says, the eight branches of the Noble Path such as righteous views etc.. are the Yogacara, because they reach nirvana, this conduct is the best. The Bhikkhu-nai-Gia Sutra says, practicing the precepts etc.. is the Yogi, because of the precepts, concentration, and wisdom learning is the winner. In the Dai Nghia Sutra, it is said that cultivating all of the world's different worldly and worldly conducts are all Yogis, because the main stages of life are in harmony with each other. And, so this is all in general about the practice of the Shravaka called Yoga, because in the practice of general realization of the Three Vehicles, this is the most. In the Sutra of Wisdom Dao Bi Ngan says, contemplating emptiness, mindfulness is Yoga, for generating great merit, this is the best. As it is said in the other sutras, the bodhisattva has the great yoga of "emptiness, attention". Because of that emptiness and intention, the Bodhisattvas will not fall to the Land of Pratyekabuddha and the Land of Solitary Enlightenment, until they can reach the pure land of the Buddhas. In the other sutra it talks about the Prajnaparamita, which is called "Winning Yoga", because it directs the practice of the Mahayana and this is superior. As the other sutra says, the bodhisattva's property dharma in the yogas and wisdom yogas is supreme and supreme. In the sutra, it is even more widely said that "unequal"[31] Why? Thus knowing that the Prajnaparamita is the unsurpassed Yoga practice. It is said elsewhere that the place of knowledge of wisdom, regardless of concentration, is called Yoga, because it can generate all outstanding merits. Elsewhere, it is said that the Bodhisattva who has compassion, superior wisdom, and equality in movement is called Yoga, because he realizes the non-abiding great Nirvana. Such theories are the doctrines of "non-coalition"[32], called Yogācāra, because it demonstrates the Buddha's bodhi path. Thus, in the suttas that talk about all kinds of "actions", they are called yoga. (As mentioned above, there are four types of meanings.) Talking about the RESULTS of Yoga: That is, all kinds of fruits are suitable for each other, reasonable, righteous, righteous, worthy of righteous cause, are said to be Yoga. The fruit of this Yoga, though through the results, but in the suttas, depending on the chance of the dharma signs, came up with many different theories. The Sutra of Discrimination of Meanings talks about fearless, uncompromising power. The Buddha Dharma is called Yoga, because it means subduing ghosts, conquering all disagreements, and conquering other vehicles. In the Sutra, the Buddha's place of realization is the non-abiding nirvana called Yoga, because it means time, even to the end of the future life, it still has no place. In the Great Meaning Sutra, the Tathagata has no discriminating knowledge, bringing the great compassion to save sentient beings as Yoga, because it means the self-benefit of others in an endless way. In the Sutra of Sutras, Sutras say that the Buddha's ground of merit and virtue is called Yoga, because it means the same Dharma world, never ending. In the Distinction of the Three Vehicles of Merit, it is said that the Three Vehicles of Virtue is called Yoga, because it means that it is compatible with the truth. In the commentary Buddha said, the three bodies, the three virtues[33] are all yoga, because it means all the virtuous results, they are not separate from each other. The Commentary on the Meaning says, the results of the property, the conditioned, the unconditioned, the accumulated merits, are all Yoga, because it means that the results from equality[34] to the ultimate are in harmony. In the suttas that say that all virtuous results are yoga, that meaning is clearly stated above. Thus, the Holy Teaching is also Yoga. Because it is righteous, righteous, leading to righteous results. It means "right hand, three vehicles of contemplation" (firmly grasping the true meaning in the visualization and practice of the Three Vehicles) is Yoga. Always progress to practice, reasonable, convenient, certified to be victorious. The scene and the result of this treatise are flexible and pervasive. The words of a sage are as vast as the ocean, how can they say enough! The Yoga Teacher is afraid of being difficult to accept, so he says it through so that practitioners can practice according to the opportunity. Practitioners (who practice Yoga) in the Three Vehicles, depending on the place of writing (listening), thinking (thinking), and in turn cultivating and practicing Yoga, are each Part, or be fully, developed transformation for sentient beings called Du-Gage. Or the Tathagatas fully witness the Yoga practice, depending on the inspiration of the listeners, bring this Yoga practice to the Saint disciples, causing them to practice in turn according to the right conduct, called Du. - Old Master. ADDRESS for the realm, is the medical base, the place of practice, which means it depends on the country. Is the realm of practice of the Yogis, called "Earth". Like the land of the dragon horse, they only go within that area and cannot go beyond. Or, Du-Gàva takes refuge in this place, increasing the white dharmas (pure dharmas), so it is called "ground", like a place where rice is grown. Or, where Du-Gà-Gàsu belongs to the intellectual part, depends on this place for current, depends on this place for growth, so it is called "ground", like treasure treasure. Or, Yoga Master in this practice place, using the white dharmas, should be called "ground", like the cow kingdom. Or, the Tathagatas are called Yogis, because they are in Yoga, using equal knowledge, practicing equally in all the realms of neither contemplation nor abiding in nirvana. . They belong in that realm, so it's called "ground". Or, the seventeen ground[35] belonging to the Yoga Teacher, such as the King of the Earth, should be called the Yoga Teacher Ground. Question and answer to decide the nature and appearance of the dharmas should be called DISCUSSION. Because I want practitioners to be able to attain Yoga Master Earth, they should say this treatise. Therefore, the new name for this thesis, as the legal argument. Again, This thesis does not argue crazy about the meaning of Yoga Teacher Earth, so it should be named that, as the sutras talk about the ten ground. Again, in this treatise he points to those places, so take that as a sign, just as flowers grown on the ground depend on water. Therefore, this treatise is named Du-Gage Master of the Earth. Now discussing THEÅ of this thesis, the summary has five parts: First, the local part: this part, both briefly and widely, is divided into seventeen regions. Second, the decision to take part in the photography session: collect the photography briefly and decide to choose the underlying meaning that is deeply hidden in the seventeen sites. Third, the photography section: a brief summary of the rules of interpretation of the sutras. Fourth, the subject of photography: collecting a brief summary of the different names of the dharmas in the sutras. Fifth, the photography section: a summary of the important meanings in the Tripitaka. This treatise has had five such parts, why is it only named Du-Gà-Gra? From the naming aspect of the original session, there is certainly no mistake. Again, of all dharmas, there is not a single dharma that is not Yoga Teacher Earth. Because Yoga Teacher Earth uses all dharmas as medical conditions only. This is just a summary. Talking about the number seventeen or seventeen is to capture all the meanings in a concise manner. The following four sections all explain the important texts in the seventeen bases, we do not leave the Yoga Master Ground. Therefore, this treatise uses the seventeen ground elements as the key sect. Although it shows all Vehicles, Scenes, Actions, and Fruits. However, the question and answer, deciding to choose the nature and characteristics of all the dharmas mentioned in this treatise, is to say, for the sake of Bodhisattvas, to make them all well-rounded, cultivate into Buddhahood, and benefit immensely. Therefore, this treatise belongs to the Abhidhamma Pitaka of the Bodhisattva, for the sake of the bodhisattvas attaining supreme wisdom! Thesis wrote: Why does Yogyakarta say seventeen bases?[36] Explanation: The first question, why Yoga Sutras says 17, is the general question about the essence of this treatise. The questioner, first hearing the sutras about Yoga Master Earth, did not understand these meanings, so he asked this question. Talking about Yoga Teacher Ground, which in the sutras often say is the practice of Yoga Teacher Earth. In the Nguyet Dang Sutra it is also said, practice Yoga Teacher Earth. Thus, there are many places to talk, not one place to speak. It's already been discussed above! Or if, the commentator, first of all, collects the petitions, deduces the argument has five parts, records it all in the mind. Now I want to explain the discriminant theory to students, so I ask myself questions, talk about the causes of origination, so I have the question, why did Yoga Master say 17 levels? If not, then there is no 'theory', first of all. How can you ask "why" so easily? Again, roughly the questioner must have five reasons: First, you don't understand to ask. Second, be suspicious. Third, the new experiment asked. Fourth, contemptuous new question. Fifth, because I want to benefit sentient beings, I ask. In this case, it belongs to the fifth reason, for the benefit of all sentient beings, so I made this comment. Talking about the seventeen ground, that is to say, capture the main body of the Yoga Sutras, there are roughly seventeen places. If placed more widely, the position is boundless and the position is different in each location, its meaning is also boundless. Thus, once a topic is changed, there is a total question and a total answer. Commentary written: What is the seventeen ground? AN DA NAM[37] : Self-described and saved the verse that: "Five generals, the mind, There are games, four, ... three places. Tam ma land are all phi, Friendly mind, no mind ground. Literature, private, and cultivation are established, That's enough for the three vehicles. Medically and without medicine, These are the seventeen grounds." Explanation: What causes and conditions to ask: What are the seventeen bases? Although I heard the total number, I did not understand the name of each location, so I had to ask again. "ON DA NAM", that is, first, summarize yourself into a chant to answer, the content of the verse, abbreviated but gathered the names of places, saved for scholars, should be called " Onda south". The sentence "five corresponding consciousnesses" means "five consciousnesses corresponding to the ground". The letter YÙ means "intentional land". The sentence "there are four-ground... three-grounds", that is, the four-grounds, the four-grounds, the four-grounds, and the four-grounds. Particularly, range and quarter occupy three areas. The sentence "Three ma'am are all equal", which means that all three ma'am are called 'three ma'am'. The word "Phi" is not. It's not the Three Realms, and it's not the Three Earths. This is a general, but the name alone, not the theory can say it all. So these are two names whose meanings are wide and narrow. Samadhi is a state that is free from both concentration and indeterminacy, and it abides only where there is consciousness. Samadhi is a state of being aware of both the mind and the mind and it is limited to samadhi. (This issue will be further explained later). The sentence "that's enough of the three vehicles", means that by writing, by reading, by cultivating such ground, or by the above ground levels like that, all three vehicles are complete. As for the "residual y and non-residual y" each individual name will be explained broadly later. The essay wrote: One is, the five consciousnesses correspond to the ground. Second, the mind. Third, possessing possession of the four earths. Fourthly, no reach for the four earths. The fifth is, infinity to the four lands. Sixth is, the three ma and the multi-ground. Seventh, non-tamed ma e multi-ground. Eight is, with the heart of the land. Nine is, heartless. Ten is, the office becomes the land. Eleven is, private property becomes land. Twelve is, cultivate into the ground. Thirteen is, Thanh Van area. Fourteen is, Single-Graduate Land. Fifteen is, Earth Bodhisattva. Sixteen is, with residual medicine. Seventeen is, without residue medical ground, called Du-Golden Master Earth. Explanation: now presents a wide range of landmarks in response to the previous question. The sentence "five senses corresponds to the ground", that is, the five senses: eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body; The five consciousnesses: eye consciousness, ear consciousness, envy consciousness, tongue consciousness, and body consciousness. They do not rely on one place together, like the eye..., not being pointed at by other consciousnesses. They are "his body" (he points to things that are close). Eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body are beneficial and padded, Consciousness is bright and dim. They are also "y at the same time". They are all at the same time, but not like the will... Therefore, the five senses use the five senses to express their own names, just as the sprouts of rice, like the sound of drums, etc., have their own distinction, so called is the five consciousnesses. Because their refuge is the base. The apartment has the form of obstruction. But, they decide that they cannot be separated from their refuge, the body. The body must be accepted, so it is called "body". THAAN, y in the meaning of THEÅ that says as the six consciousnesses body (the body is the refuge of the six consciousnesses), the six fourths the body (the body is the refuge of the six contemplations). Y entered the five consciousness bodies, established this Earth, so it was called "corresponding". As the law says, the king corresponds to the king's talk, the enemy corresponds to the enemy's talk. He entered the king, he entered the war, but he started a discussion. It's also like that. Although there are many dharmas in this earth, but the five consciousnesses are the masters, so in particular. The five consciousnesses of the body correspond to the quality of the mind, called "corresponding". In this Earth, although many dharmas are clearly stated, they distinguish between the predominance of mind and mental factors. “Corresponding” means subordinate. Because in this Earth, we talk about the dharma of the Five Consciousnesses of the body, that is, the medical facilities, the conditions of the self-nature. Helping you make a career is the meaning of the word “corresponding”. Depending on the response period (depending on their appropriate place). It also means transparent. This is just a summary! Now talking about the ground of the mind: six consciousnesses, seven consciousnesses, eight consciousnesses, and the same way in the mind base. Leave out the "corresponding body consciousness", but only say the word "Italian". In the real meaning door there are eight consciousnesses, but, in the base sense door there are only six consciousnesses. The sixth, seventh, and eighth consciousnesses together belong to the sixth sense. The name that stands in its place of medical care is non-form. If they don't need 'body', then 'mind' is borne, so we don't talk about 'body' anymore. "Corresponding" as mentioned above. The sixth consciousness, the seventh consciousness, and the eighth consciousness, although all have the same meaning as mind, consciousness, and consciousness, but, mind-dharma, mind-base, are dependent on consciousness. However, the meaning of the word "Italy", just says "Italy", because it has a measure of thought, so it depends on the "mind-base". The eighth consciousness is the seed-preserving consciousness, so its meaning "mind" favors the strong side. The sixth consciousness is the consciousness that separates the world from all over the world, so the meaning of "consciousness" is in favor of the strong side. So don't say mind ground, consciousness ground, body and the like. This is just a short story. The meaning of the word "Earth" was mentioned above. What is the condition that unites five Consciousnesses to form one Earth? In the primal theory, the consciousnesses are different, but still form one. The second theory, the five Consciousnesses do not talk about the distinction between their conditions and karma, because they have little work, so they combine into one Earth. Primitive theory, where the mind-ground has a general interpretation of the five consciousnesses, should be isolated into one Earth. The second theory, the five Consciousness and y in the form base and the same condition in the form, should be combined to form one. Other consciousnesses are in the formless, dependent on indeterminacy, should be separated into one. Their inherent nature either depends on gross or subtle conditions, so there is a foretelling, Talk about it later. Again, the five Consciousnesses together belong to the "current scene", so they combine to form one. Primalism, the other Consciousnesses are not fixed, or depend on "present" or "proportional" or "non-quantitative"[38], so they are separate into one. The second theory, the nature of the two Earths like that, their y and conditions like helping you to make a career, assimilated and attached to all dharmas. We should know, in this, that all dharmas do not leave Consciousness. Y enters consciousness that arises. Wake up body. Waking up is the night. Before he entered the eight consciousnesses, and established two Earths. Thus, the eight consciousnesses, self-nature, y, and conditions that help you to make a career will be expanded later on. Sentence: "There are four ... three ground" means: "reach" is the search, "four" is the search. Either "concentration of mind" or "wisdom of mind" for the scene that gives birth to the idea of tracking and seeking. The "raw" taste is range. That is, these two dharmas give birth to the idea of seeking and investigating. The "sacred" position is four. Not even for a moment, these two dhammas corresponded to each other, for they were of a kind where the qualities: gross, subtle, before and after were slightly different. Now y into these two dharmas (appearance and four), the idea of establishing three meaningful Earths. These three Earths, standing on two dharmas, are established before and after, respectively. At the Desire Realm, with the calmness of the first meditation, the coarse mind, the mental factors before and after are successive, so there is a range, there are four corresponding to each other, so it is called "the four realms of possessing and possessing". During the period of calm, coarse mind, the previous mental factors follow each other, the concentration has no application, it only corresponds to the four, so it is called "no-seeking only the four ground". During the second time of contemplation, through the above Grounds, the cittas, mental factors, before and after, decide not to correspond to the four spheres of reach, so it is called "no-reach of the four ground". If in Desire Realm, during the first jhāna contemplation, during that meditative contemplation, the subtle mind, the mental factor does not correspond to the fourfold reach, and does not correspond to the formations, and the four does not correspond to the unconditioned, nor to the unconditioned. They are all called "infinity and infinity". Therefore, about the latter part of the treatise, it is said: "There is a sense of being in the four places, there is a sense of being in the four places" and one direction is for "being in the heart of the world". No mind stagnation, no mind late, no thought, no thought of birth, cessation of concentration and no residual medicine nirvana all mean "no mind ground". These three sites stand on the two legal positions that separate sex positions that are established. That is, in the world of desire and when contemplating on the first jhāna, the false dharmas, for the application and the fourfold, have not yet separated from the sex, so they are called "the four realms of existence". During the period of contemplation, the dharmas are false, the mind has left sex, the four have not yet left sex, so it is called "no-go-to-think of the four earths". During the second meditation, passing through the above ground levels, The false dharmas, for the application and the four have all left sex, so it is called "no reach and no four places". If in the lower world, all have left sex, also called "no-go-to-play". Therefore, the later part of the treatise says, in this, because of leaving the desire of the game and the four, it is called "no-go-to-to-four-ground". Not due to instructions should not generate current. Why? Because due to the instruction, guidance, or different attention of the person who has not yet left the desire in the Desire Realm, for a time there is also the present thought of no-seeing. Like someone who comes out of the first jhāna concentration. As the real meaning, these three ground stand on the ground that established. That is, at the Desire Realm and in the meditation of the first jhāna, all dharmas that are intrusive, unstained, within reach, and in the fourth stage can all be obtained, which is called the first ground. During the second time of contemplation, through the above levels, the dharmas that are conditioned, unstained, in which there is no reach, only have four, which is called the second stage. During the second contemplation, through the above levels, the dharmas that are unscrupulous, unstained, within reach, and four are absent, called the third ground. Therefore, the latter part of the treatise says: "In the world of desire and when meditating in the first jhāna, if it is in concentration or if it is born in the first jhāna, it is called 'being found in the four stages of existence'. During the period of contemplation, either in samadhi or having been born in the first jhāna realm, it is called "no-go-to-think of the four earths". The second time of contemplation, it becomes the form world, the formless world, which is completely called 'no reach and no four places'. No contraband, conditioned, preliminary static concentration is also known as "being in possession of the four places". He enters into the place of application, sedation, and conditions on the feet as an object, and can enter that concentration, without discriminating currents. There are other methods as mentioned above. If you stand on the side of "correspondence" and stand on the side of "separation from desire" to establish the three ground, collect real dharmas without end and also great chaos. Although it is said that there are four levels of existence, it is only in the place of "conscience". Now stand on a subject, discuss about "geography". In this subject, we only talk about when we meditate for the second time or more, in the infinite and infinity of the four realms. No-thought-concentration, no-thought-birth, cessation of concentration is called "no-mind ground". And all the others are called "concentration ground". Then there are four subjects, there is another establishment, which will be discussed later. Although it is said that in this, it is due to leaving the desire of volition and volition, called "no-go-to-go to the four ground", but that is only talking about the ground when contemplating for the second time only. And, it is also the decision to have left the lust of the four realms, not to mention the person who has left the desire of the quartet. The dharmas belonging to the lower realms are also called "no-reaching-nothing". If that's the case, what about the person who hasn't left the lust of the lower realms? The dharmas belonging to the upper land are also said to have a range, four ..., such establishment becomes a great chaos. So, These three levels are only established on the upper and lower realms of Desire-realm! Talking about the multi-ground samadhi (Saámhita): This is the winning concentration, away from laxity, agitation, etc.. It is the "equal lead" that actively leads the concentration to the balance. Either called "equal lead", or called "equal", because of the place "reference", it means "Equal Lead". It depends on the 'concentrations of mind'. It leads the merits equally. It does not communicate with "mindless" samadhis. In the above verse, there is a sentence: "Three ma locs". Samadhi is the dharma number of the mind dharma in the Separation of Mind Department. The two types of "mindless" concentration cannot equally lead the merits, so it is not the Earth Path. What does it mean? Talking about the Great Way of the Earth, there are four types: 1) Contemplation. 2) Liberation. 3) Uphold[39]. 4) Equal solitude[40]. Talking about Meditation is the four meditations[41]. Talking about liberation is eight liberation[42]. Talking about equanimity means no equality, no desire to maintain, and no signs to maintain. Talking about the attainment of equality is the five visions[43] the degree of equality, the eight bases of victory[44] of the degree of equality, the ten bases of the attainments of the [45] the solitude of four, the four immeasurables of the equal solitude, the attainment of no-thought, the end of the solitude. This should not be confused, the two types of no-mind concentration, are "coercive results". It only holds the name, but actually it is not the meaning of "isometric". This name communicates both the mind-consciousness and the mind-less. Where there is concentration, if the mind is concentrated, equally leads the merits, and equally leads the senses and elements, it is far away from laxity, restlessness, and the precepts of not repenting. Equality means by the place of origin, so it is called Equality. If it is no-mind concentration, although it cannot lead to superior merits, but it equally leads the senses and great elements... that is the equality of concentration generated by the base. Also called "Eternal Guide". What does it mean? In the above verse, there is a saying "Three-major land sentence". This should not be mistaken. The text in the verse is just a summary. Saying "severe sentences" (all together with other things), but in fact Toan Lead: "non-sentence" (not with anything), because the latter also says Danger leads to no-mind. True in the sense of reality, Dao Lead Dia has information, has department (terminal). It belongs to both conscious and mindless tastes, so it is called "through". The non-perception concentration, the cessation of concentration is the body of the Land of Continuity, it is only in the winning place of the stagnation of existence, of the unscrupulous, it is not in the types of distraction in the Desire Realm, so it is called a "clump". The following about 'stillness' is the Land of Concentration, which is the concentration in the Form Realm, not the concentration (one-pointed mind) in the Desire Realm. Because it instructs those that belong to no-repentance, joy, and happiness. Sex is not like that. There is only the upper world. If meditating while dispersing, it is not the Consciousness, because it is related to the Desire Realm. Because of that relativity, it makes four distinctions. Or if it is compatible with Equanimity, then it is not Equanimity. That is, in the Desire Realm, in the mind-dispersing position, it is in harmony with the three magma ground, the mind and the mental factors... Or if it is compatible with the Equanimity, it is not compatible with the Equanimity. The position in the concentration, the three magic ground is the body. The position of no-thought, cessation of concentration, the dhammas of possessions, or they are in harmony with both Equanimity and Equanimity. In the meditative absorptions, concentration, together with the conscious persons in the Rupa Realm and the mind and mental factors, except for the three magma ground, or even if they have it, are also phi. That is, except for the possessions in the persons above. Again, the three demons, the three three, the three, the three, their names are wide and narrow. Among the list of mind, Tam ma ground means Equal Tri. One dharma that encapsulates all dharmas. In the seat of mind, the mind is the one scene. Calculate it through both positioning and dispersion. However, in the suttas, standing on its superior side, it only talks about emptiness, no wish, no sign, called the three magma ground. Tam ma bowl to, for all conscious mind, no mind. In its positions, its definition, in the suttas, in terms of its superiority, it only talks about the five visions..., corresponding to the concentration, called Dang Chi. The Earth Path is connected with all sentient beings, without mind, to locate merit. Therefore, in this Earth, all virtues are acquired. Because of such a general meaning, it should be given the name of Earth, called "non-tam ma e multi-terrain". The translation of the above meaning is easy to understand, no need for extensive explanation. Thus, the two Earths, the sum total of all dharmas possessing in positioning and non-positioning. Talking about Mindfulness, No Mind: In a nutshell, they have five doors, but the establishment is different: One is, the total ground of the subject: That is, the five consciousnesses of the body correspond to the ground, the mind, the four places of being, and the four places of no-seeking. These four levels are one-dimensional towards the "ground of mind". In the four stages of non-reaching and infinite, except for no-thought concentration, non-perception arises and ceases to be 'mindless ground'. In this subject, no mind drifting, no mind late is also called "concentration", because it belongs to number 7, number 8. There is only no thought concentration etc.. belonging to the non-corresponding mind, because of action and mind. contrary to each other, so it is called "heartless ground". Second, the mind is not disordered in the subject: That is, in the four inversions[47], which upsets the mind, so it is called "no mind ground", because it loses its nature. Third, the mind is born without the door: If the condition is complete, this mind is born, called "being in the heart". If there are not enough conditions, the other mind cannot be born, called "no-mind ground". In this subject, depending on this mind, birth is called "concentration ground". The mind that is not born is called "no-mind ground". Fourth, the position of antagonism: Except for six positions, it is called "concentration of mind". As for the positions such as: no-mind, no-mind, no-mind, no-thought-concentration, no-thought-birth, cessation of concentration, and no residual y nirvana, called "no-mind ground". The fifth is, the true meaning of the door: In the non-residual medical nirvana, the mind is destroyed, called "no mind ground". The others, due to the absence of transitions, are just pretending to be mindless. The eighth consciousness has not yet been completely destroyed, so it is called the "ground of consciousness". Thus, the two Earths, due to the differences in the subjects, should have progress and retreat without determination. Talking about the Literature Department of Achievements: From the place of listening, the understanding of the texts is born. Wisdom and wisdom correspond to cittas, mental factors. Talking about the Consciousness of Achievements: From the place of thinking, the understanding of the dharmas is born. Wisdom and wisdom correspond to cittas, mental factors. Talking about the practice of Achievement in the Land: From the place of cultivation, the understanding of the dharmas is born. Wisdom and wisdom correspond to cittas, mental factors. VAN is listening, that is, from the ear root, the ear consciousness arises, listening to the words of the language. Concentration is thinking, that is, thinking about the number of dharmas that give rise to wisdom. It thinks, chooses dharmas. TU is practice, that is, from winning concentration arises wisdom. Tu means to correct, which means to treat. From these three types arise the three wisdoms[48] and corresponding to the dharmas, is the body of the three Earth. The broad meaning of the three wisdom, distinguished as above. Thus, the three Earths, using the three products of Wisdom, together with the mind, the mind of the dharma, and the place where the results are obtained, are the self-nature. Therefore, the later part of the treatise says, "Culture to become a place is also a place of Friendship, and a place of No residual medicine". Thanh Van Dia: In the sacred teaching of Buddha, "Thanh" is the first. From the teacher's place, you listen to the Buddha's teachings, gradually practice, and permanently leave the world. Practice less, the result is small, so it is called Thanh Van. Such, Thanh Van's identity is to develop the mind to practice and witness results, in general, all are Thanh Van Dia. Single-Earth Land: Usually like quiet, don't want to be in a place of chaos. Fully practice life practice[49], without a teacher, a teacher, naturally, self-enlightenment, forever out of the world. This position practices the middle practice, results in the middle row, so it's called Single-Enlightenment. Or there is a contemplative of the cause and effect of reciprocity and the attainment of Sainthood, so it is called Pratyekabuddha. Thus, the species of Single-Enlightenment, developing the mind to practice, attaining the path and fruition, in general, is the Land of Single-Enlightenment. Talking about Bodhisattva Earth: Wishing for great enlightenment, compassion for sentient beings. Or ask for Bodhi, a steadfast aspiration that will take a long time to attain enlightenment and be permanently out of the world. Practicing great vows, should be called Bodhisattva Ground. Thus, the bodhisattva's nature, the cultivation of the mind, the attainment of fruition, is, in general, the Bodhisattva Earth. The great meaning of the three vehicles, will be discussed later. Talking about Huu Du Y Dia: That is, there is a residual medical field of Nirvana. Y is the refuge of the contraband. This refuge says that there are eight things: One is, thi thiet y, that is, by y entering the 5 aggregates of clinging (form, feeling, perception, mental formations, consciousness) to set up names, strains, vanity-falseness. Second, taking care of clothes, that is, relying on 7 regents: parents, wives, slaves, servants, co-workers, friends and relatives. Third, abbot y, that is, relying on the four foods to live (real food, contact food, self-consciousness, real consciousness). Fourthly, the y y flow, that is, abiding in the 4 consciousnesses, the 12 arising conditions. Fifth, the obstacle y, ie the gods. Sixth, suffering y, ie the afflictions in the sex realm. Seven is, enjoy browsing, ie the joy in meditation. Eighth, post-record y, that is, the Arahant, although there are continuum aggregates, but now completely take only one thing "ultimate border robe", except for the above 6 photographers (take 1 part), circulation and obstacles. In this ground there are four stillness: One is the suffering of stillness, ie future suffering, and ultimately no more birth. Second, or calm, ie the afflictions, ultimately not born anymore. Third, karma is quiet, that is, not creating evil things, practicing good things. Fourth, equanimity, that is, having political knowledge, righteous thoughts, staying on the equanimity should be for 6 senses, 6 ceilings, neither happy nor worried. The A-la-Han stays in the place of no-study-ground, full of 4 tranquillity, with a little residual medicine, so it is called a residual medical field. This land belongs to the Second Vehicle. In the unlearned body, the dharmas that are smuggled, unscrupulous, and summed up are the Tathagata's self-nature. Although there is no real body and mind, there is a residual medicine, but there is a transformation like that of a drug, so in terms of chemistry, it is also called "residual medicine". No Residual Y Dia: That is, no residual y nirvana. All possessions and residuals are discharged, Non-smuggling of the Two Vehicles are discharged. The Tathagata, although he has organic and non-trafficked, but, does not have all the residual drug residues, is also called "no residual medicine". In this Earth, there is only pure likeness that manifests very profound merit, is free from all distinctions, is free from all speculation, cannot talk about aggregates, precepts, bases, causes, gods, etc., like, " ie", like "ly", like "yes", like "no", possessing famous generals, all mean hypothetical. In this ground, we use "the ultimate goal of ending the truth as unconditioned" as the nature, and the Tathagata's virtues and virtues with the conditioned and unstained merits of the Tathagata. The merits of the Tathagata are very deep, separate and indescribable. Not being able to say it also depends on the five consciousness ground. And, its truth also depends on its meaningful meaning. The Tathagata's virtues and virtues depend on the medicine of Being, and the virtues and the virtues of the Tathagatas are dependent on the medicine. Therefore, the following part of the essay says: “The ground of no residue is part of the five grounds, the ground of no-mind, the ground of cultivation, the shravaka, the celibate, and the bodhisattva ground.” Completed translation at Tu Quang Pagoda, Nice, France, March 14, 1997 -------------------------------- -------- [1] The Yoga Master's Commentary on the Earth is a treatise bearing the number 1580 in the Great Correction of the New Tu Dai Tripitaka. Yoga, which means "corresponding". Corresponding has 5 meanings: 1) Corresponding to the scene not contrary to the nature of the dharmas. 2) Corresponding to formations: corresponding to the parallel of both concentration and wisdom. 3) Corresponding to the logic: established as well as non-established about the truth of secular and ultimate truths. 4) Corresponding to the fruit: the unsurpassed bodhi fruition. 5) Corresponding to diseases and drugs: full enlightenment, suitable for the benefit of saving lives, according to the feelings of sentient beings, depending on the disease for medicine. The Yogācāra here mostly corresponds to the Dharma, that is, to the reason. Du-Gold Master Earth Comments: (Yogàcàryabhùmi sàstra). This treatise consists of 100 volumes preached by Bodhisattva Maitreya and translated into Chinese by Huyen Trang. The members of the Three Vehicles practice Yoga, so they are called Yoga Masters. King Thai Tong set up a translation committee at Hoang Phuc pagoda, then moved to Tu-Aan pagoda. Translated 75 sets, including 1,335 volumes. He passed away in May of the year he was 65 years old. [4] This verse consisting of 24 verses is considered as the preface to the treatise. First of all, we pay homage to the Buddha who is the Great Enlightened One, the World-Honored One, of human beings, gods, and full of merit and wisdom. France is full of true literature, wondrous and sublime. The Sangha are the sages, saints and saints who learn, unlearned and understand in a true way. Next, we pay homage to the master Maitreya, which means Tu Thi in Chinese, whose name is Ajita (Ajita), which translates in Chinese as Wu Power. He (Maitreya) wanted to benefit sentient beings, so he collected the essential meanings of the sutras and spoke out in five parts of the Yoga Sutras. Homage to Bodhisattva Asanga, due to the power of concentration to go to the heaven of Tusita, listen to Bodhisattva Maitreya lecture on Yoga, bring it to the world. Homage to all the saints who are imbued with the sea of dharmas of Bodhisattva Invincible, who have poured out this supreme rain of dharmas on the path of passion for all sentient beings. They are imbued with the rain of Yoga, themselves enjoy the beautiful Dharma sounds, and also bring benefits to the world. This rain of Dharma pours out wonderful sentences and words, Like a flower that radiates fragrance equally, especially to cool the spiritual factors, the fetus is born from the base of the Mù Ni tree. That is to say, in Maitreya's three Dragon Flower Associations, the enlightened ones are all practitioners in the teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha. At this point, the author praises this Yogacara treatise like a lotus, like a treasure, like a great sea, in which, presenting and explaining the extensive literature of the Vehicles, without omission. And, the author self-assessed, just would like to explain a few parts in this treatise Yogācāra hoping that the righteous dharma will last forever, bringing benefits and happiness to all sentient beings. There are also other names such as: one-reality, one-likeness, one-character, formless, dharmakaya, dharmakaya, dharma taste, nirvana, unconditioned, ultimate, true nature, voidness, true nature, real truth, reality,... [11] Turning the Department of Acceptance: Ordinary people mistakenly estimate things, pretending to be real, such as seeing a rope at night, thinking it is a snake, etc.. [12] Y Tha Starts: Relying on other causes and conditions that give birth to all dharmas. The seed in Alaya is the first factor, which is formed by adding other conditions. [23] Non-corresponding practice: Mind-only study has mind, mental facilities and material law, each of these three types, their actions do not correspond to each other, so it is called "non-corresponding practice". Realistic practice has 24 things, look in Only Mindfulness will be clear. This is the ten realms of the Mahayana. These ten stages are all called "ground", because they collect the conditioned and unconditioned merits and use them as self-nature, and serve as the most secure support for cultivation and growth, so they are called "ground". "geography". [37] Ondana Nam, in some places also transliterated as Udana (Udàna): Chinese translation means "self-declaration": no one asked, self-explained. [38] 3 quantities in Mind Only Study: 1) Existence: measure the current scene, like seeing things in a mirror. 2) Ratio: know by comparison, like seeing smoke, knowing there is fire. 3) Non-quantity: rebellious mind, wrongly distinguishing things, ie not showing quantity and rate. [43] 5 views: Body view, boundary view, wrong view, view of the hand, the forbidden world. Add greed, hatred, delusion, conceit, ignorance and doubt as ten views. [44] Eight victorious bases: Generating superior knowledge to discharge the cravings in meditation. 1) The Way has not yet grown, internally contemplating form arises, and outside contemplating form less. 2) The path gradually matures, inside the perception of form, Many colors outside are not afraid. 3) The Way gradually wins over the wonderful, inside there is no perception of form, and the contemplation of outer color is less. 4) The Way is wondrous, inside is not perceiving form, outside is contemplating many forms, without hindrance. 5) Contemplating the green color, changing freely, not starting to accept the law. 7) Contemplating the red color, transforming itself... 8) Contemplating the white color, transforming itself... [45] Ten variables: Synthesis of all things as an object for visualization. This method has 10 things like contemplation: earth, water, fire, wind, green, yellow, red, white, emptiness and consciousness.
