Fourth is the Holy King, who planted many blessings in the past, has great prestige and virtue, rules over the four worlds [5], the seven treasures [6] are complete, and he does ten good deeds by himself [7]. The people in the four worlds also did ten good deeds, so they should build towers. Mr. A-Nan! You should know: If there are sentient beings who bring all their offerings and make offerings to those stupas, they will still be blessed, but their happiness is different, according to the order of magnitude."
